The nozzle-type liquid distributor is used in heat transfer and oil refining vacuum tower units where the liquid distribution is covered and the packed bed is fully wetted. In oil refining device used for washing tower, vacuum distillation tower pump reflux heat removal and net washing, in the working condition of heat transfer, fluid produced by the nozzle spray cone before reaching the packing surface by direct contact with rising gas, to strengthen the heat transfer effect, reduces the packing height needed for conventional heat exchange, reduced the total pressure drop, is advantageous to the vacuum deep cut, but also reduces the equipment investment. The nozzle distributor is suitable for a variety of tower diameters, from ф 1200 to 15000mm. The design fluid flow can be from 0.2 to 120m2/m3•hr.
