1. Brine comprehensive utilization method: brine in the extraction of barium chloride after the lithium-containing material to add soda ash in order to remove calcium and magnesium ions in the material, add hydrochloric acid acid acidification, evaporation to remove sodium chloride, and then by removing iron, and then add an excess of soda ash so that lithium carbonate precipitation, washing, centrifugal separation, drying, to produce finished products of lithium carbonate. 


2. Lime sintering method: lithium pyroxene concentrate (generally containing 6% lithium oxide) and limestone according to 1: (2.5 ~ 3) weight ratio of ingredients. Mixed and finely ground, sintered at 1150 ~ 1250 ℃ to generate lithium aluminate and calcium silicate, crushed by wet milling, leaching lithium hydroxide with the wash solution, in the sedimentation and filtration, filtrate return or washing slagging, leaching solution by evaporation and concentration, and then add sodium carbonate to generate lithium carbonate, and then centrifugal separation, drying, the finished product is made of lithium carbonate. 


3. Lithium hydroxide and carbon dioxide can be used as raw materials to produce high-purity lithium carbonate reaction, can also use lithium sulfate and sodium carbonate as a reactant, but lithium carbonate is easily soluble in other salt solutions, so the yield is not too high, generally about 75%, and the product will also contain a small amount of lithium sulfate. 


4. Sulphuric acid method: It is produced by reacting molten lithium pyroxene with sulphuric acid, purified and then reacted with sodium carbonate. 


5. Lime method: It is produced by reacting roasted lithium pyroxene with milk of lime, purified and then reacted with sodium carbonate. 


6. Take industrial lithium hydroxide as raw material, heat water to dissolve it, filter off the insoluble material, pass clean carbon dioxide gas into the filtrate while it is hot until it no longer produces precipitation, filter it while it is hot, shake it dry, wash it with hot distilled water until it is qualified, and dry it at 110℃. Industrial lithium carbonate dissolved in cold water, filtration, filtrate boiling, stop heating, while hot filtration, hot water, washing, drying, drying, can also produce reagent lithium carbonate.
