Refractory ball is made of industrial alumina and refractory kaolin as the main raw materials through scientific formula, forming and high temperature calcination. High mechanical strength, long service cycle; 2. Good chemical stability, no chemical reaction with materials; 3. Good high temperature resistance, refractory porcelain ball high heat resistance temperature can reach 1900 degrees. It is especially suitable for dispersing gas and liquid, supporting, covering and protecting catalyst in high and low temperature converter, converter, hydroconverter, desulfurization tank and methanation furnace in fertilizer plant. Refractory porcelain balls can also be used in hot blast stoves and heating conversion equipment in iron and steel industry.
Refractory porcelain ball is divided into ordinary refractory ball and high alumina refractory ball. Ordinary refractory ball is suitable for converter and converter of sulfuric acid and chemical fertilizer industry. High alumina refractory ball is suitable for hot blast stove, heating converter and other equipment of urea, iron and steel industry.
