Polytetrafluoroethylene /PTFE corrugated packing plate main performance: there are small holes on the packing sheet, with large energy, low pressure drop and high specific surface area, in improving output, improving energy consumption, improving efficiency has greater characteristics. At the same time due to the orderly arrangement of the packing, the solid particles contained in the material can be discharged through the corrugated bottom of the packing, so the anti-blocking performance is excellent, elastic than the general general tower, replacing the bulk tower packing, can increase the production capacity of 5%, increase the production efficiency of 50%. At the same time, it has the characteristics of light weight and low price, suitable for large volume tower. Polytetrafluoroethylene /PTFE corrugated packing products are mainly used in gas purification and separation and refining and other industries. It has the advantages of light weight, large capacity, low pressure drop, high specific surface area and easy replacement. The relative molecular weight of POLYtetrafluoroethylene is large, low for hundreds of thousands, high up to 10 million, generally millions (polymerization degree in 10^ 4 order of magnitude, and polyethylene in 10^ 3). Generally, the crystallinity is 90~95%, and the melting temperature is 327~342C. The CF2 units in the PTFE molecule are arranged in a zigzag shape. Since the fluorine atoms have a slightly larger radius than the carbon, the adjacent CF2 units do not follow the trans-cross orientation, but form a spiral twisted chain, and the fluorine atoms cover the entire surface of the polymer chain. This molecular structure explains the many properties of PTFE. When the temperature is lower than 19°C, 13/6 spiral is formed. At 19"C, a phase transition occurs and the molecule unwinds slightly, forming a 15/7 helix. The models of corrugated packing of ptfe orifice plate are 125Y, 250Y, 350Y and 500
